Product features
This product is a one-time sterilized packaging product with instructions for the sterilization process. The product is made of polypropylene and polyester multi-layer composite film and dialyzable paper by hot pressing. Indicates the sterilization process by indicating the color change of the ink (with high-temperature and high-pressure steam sterilization and ethylene oxide sterilization indication marks). It adopts a heat-sealed three-edge design with explosion-proof edges to ensure sterilization safety; it is suitable for medical device sterilization packaging for pressure steam and ethylene oxide sterilization. Sterilization packaging in hospitals and outpatient clinics; sterilization of beauty products before use; sterilization packaging of laboratory supplies; and household high-temperature sterilization packaging.

200 meters/roll, the length can be adjusted according to the size of the items to be sterilized, which is convenient and practical.
Instructions:
1. Put clean and dry items into the packaging bag (the sterilized items should not exceed 3/4 of the sterilization length to ensure adequate sealing, otherwise the possibility of the sterilization bag bursting increases).
2. This packaging bag is suitable for steam pressure sterilization and ethylene oxide sterilization, but it is not suitable for packaging of products sterilized by dry heat above 140ºC.
3. The discoloration indicator of this packaging bag changes from blue before sterilization to brown-black after conventional steam pressure sterilization. Ethylene oxide changes from red to yellow before sterilization.
4. The sealing method is double-sided tape, which does not require heat sealing by a professional sealing machine and is easy to use.
5. Store the sterilized and intact sterilization bags in a dry, light-proof and clean area until use.
6. When using, tear off the opposite side of the seal and take out the items for use.
